Create table and enter details in a Word Document using RDA
I want to create a table of 2 rows (1 for heading and other for its Value) in a word document in which the Values are fetched from the variables within the automation. These variables are global and have been given a value in the earlier part of the automation.

The Word component doesn't really have an option to generate a table. You could use the Excel component instead, create a macro in Word, or use StringUtils to generate an itemized listed that emulates a table.
