Hi All, I am new to pega tool and looking for the best approach that I can take for the following case. I am list having a list of users information in an excel spreadsheet [I.e. Name, Email, Registration fields etc...] I would like to create a solution where users should be able to load the excel file. once the excel file is loaded, each entry in the excel needs be created as a case and should be added to work basket automatically as a seperate case. please let me know the list of steps involved in creating this solution. - In your UI section create a field with control FilePath. This will help you uploading the file.
-Now use the integration wizard(Service Wizard) to Create a File Listener, Connect-File and Service-File rule.
-The file listener will listen to the file whenever it will be loaded to the specific location. Then using File Service you may read the data from Excel and create Case.A parse rule needs to be referred in Service-File for Data mapping.
