IN View Profile Send Message vanaa PEGA replied to LakshmisrinivasT In the flow action post processing activity, create work page of class child case and call Work-.AddWork activity on that workpage, this would create the child case . Set the user entered comments on the work page so that they will be captured as part of the case data.
