As of now we have two schemas one for Rules and other for Data, Lets assume Rules schema - X_RULE and Data Schema - X_DATA. Individual schema's had full privileges to perform DDL and DML. But X_RULE schema is not allowed to perform DDL's in X_DATA and vice versa. Please advise with any other alternate approach.
