From the issue description, I can sense that something is blocking the VBscript in your system, which is stoping the script run fail. Below are few suggestions which can help. You need to add c:\windows\system32 to your path. First make sure its not there. From the cmd prompt type "path" (no quotes). Feel free to post your path here if you want. Now I'm wondering how you started cmd.exe. This file is usually in the c:\windows\system32 folder. You can add "c:\windows\system32" to your path by: a) Going to the control panel. b) Clicking on system c) Clicking on the advanced tab d) Click on the environment button at the bottom of the page. If above suggestion doesn't work, than please share the PRPC_Setup-<xxxxx>.log log files for detailed analysis?
