CSR unable to wrap up interaction

Hi we are having an intermittent issue with some user that when user clicks on Wrap Up, nothing is happening. But rest of the operation is working fine. User has to log out log back in and then open the case and able to wrap up. When I see the log files there were below instances occurred in log file around when user trying to wrap up. What is the possible reason for this?
