CTI Integration- Just PegaCALL Vs using PegaCustomerService 7.1.4
is it mandatory to have CPM 7.1.3 or PegaCustomerService 7.1.4 (which includes PegaCALL) to install PegaCALL or Can i just install PegaCALL 7.1.3.2 alone on PEGARULES for CTI integration.
