Customer Access to Global Customer Support
Is it possible to give different team members of different projects access into the SR system so that each team member will see only the SRs pertaining to their project? Currently team members are able to see SRs of all projects.

Thank you for posting on PSC. Currently, the mapping on My Support Portal is performed based on the Accounts you are affliated with. If are affliated with multiple accounts, you can select the account from the dropdown menu available at the top of your page.
