On performing wrap up intent -1. Click on Wrap Intent.2. Perform the interaction.3.Click on Submit button.Issue here is- Even though clicking submit, UI screen is residing in same interaction.This issue is occurring occasionally. At times, on giving 5 to 8 submits also issue is not getting resolved.Wondering where could be the issue and how to fix - since it is happening sporadic.Requesting for any inputs to resolve the issue.Thank You. I guess you could try with an Out-Of-The-Box user to check if you experience the same thing. And also wrap up screen has certain mandatory fields. After giving all necessary fields and submitting it is not redirecting to home screen. Could you please compare the action set of the menu item: Cancel the wrap-up and the wrap-up button and try to include the actions if any missed. If even the issue occurs then trace the browser network log in both the cases and find what all requests are missing on click of wrap-up button. Have you customized the wrap-up button functionality in your custom application or your using the same OOTB functionality? Thanks.
