Customer Service Application- issue in wrap up intent
Hi Team,
I am working for an Customer Service Application. On performing wrap up intent -
1. Click on Wrap Intent.
2. Perform the interaction.
3.Click on Submit button.
Issue here is- Even though clicking submit, UI screen is residing in same interaction.
This issue is occurring occasionally. At times, on giving 5 to 8 submits also issue is not getting resolved.
Wondering where could be the issue and how to fix - since it is happening sporadic.
Requesting for any inputs to resolve the issue.

Is it the Out-Of-The-Box wrapup or a custom one? What Pega version are you running?
I guess you could try with an Out-Of-The-Box user to check if you experience the same thing.
