This is a hosted application (i.e. not cloud) and I do not believe we did anything custom with the install. In the Dev Studio, when I go to Configure > Decisioning > Infrastructure > Services > Decision Data Store, I see one node showing as NORMAL and the other as JOINING_FAILED. The node with JOINING_FAILED also corresponds with where the errors are currently showing.
thanks, the error may be related to the failed DDS node. Are you using DSM at all in your env? If no, you can/should decommission those. If yes, can you click the node failed and get the error stack? (you can also try to decommission first and re-add the node if you would like to use DDS and see what happens).
