Declare Page:: Specifying an object type of 'Code-Pega-List' is a deprecated configuration. Consider specifying a 'list' structure along with the intended list type.

I am working on a support application which was migrated from 6 to 7 versions. Currentely the pega version using is 7.17 . I am seeing warning onthe Declare page as attached screen shot.

Warning Seriverity :Severe

Specifying an object type of 'Code-Pega-List' is a deprecated configuration. Consider specifying a 'list' structure along with the intended list type. ( but for the declare pages which was deployed with the pega Rules is not having warnings )
A data page of this name already exists with a different structure. This may result in unexpected behavior at run-time. Consider renaming this data page.  (there is no duplicate data page or declare page available)

Appriciate any help....
