Delay in campaign execution during campaign runs
Hi Team,
we are observing below error in production logs.
2019-07-10 11:14:29,812 [: [AoM:MarketAdmins]] [ STANDARD] [ ] [ ] (tor$QueueBasedDataFlowExecutor) ERROR - Unable to queue record for
5 minutes for processing in data flow. Retrying.
we found exactly same article which explains the same issue ,

we changed the jvm args as suggested and it does not show any improvement in performance. we have configured 3 campaigns which is running in parellel targeted for half millions customers each.
Is it something can be done with java args or we should check other factors? Please recommend

System latency can be due to many factors. I would like to start with your environment configuration, what is the topology of your env? (e.g., how many Dataflow nodes, Memeory parameters etc) The performance tuning is a process that we need actual data (PegaAlert log, CPU/Memory stats, etc) to give meaningful suggestion. The quoted article should be helpful but not the only factor, also make sure you apply it correctly.
