In the Case Manager portal, users can select the Operator icon in the top right to open their profile. In the profile, select Actions > Edit Availability. Managers can use the My Teams page to view their team and edit the availability for a user profile.
How about Cosmos UI? I am trying to confirm if we can use that functionality with Cosmos UI but I couldn't find Profile or Edit Availability from Operator Icon or Team page. Where can I find it or does not Cosmos provide it as OOTB?
