Delegate Cases to operator
Hello
I am given a task where an operator A can give a date range(From and To) on which he would not be available to work, and gives name of another operator B as his substitute for the given date range.
On saving the changes, any case created in the future, supposed to be assigned to Operator A will automatically go to the worklist of Operator B for the assigned date range.
How can I achieve this?

In the Case Manager portal, users can select the Operator icon in the top right to open their profile. In the profile, select Actions > Edit Availability. Managers can use the My Teams page to view their team and edit the availability for a user profile.
