If that work object is assigned to a particular user then assign page information will be stored under Assign-WorkList table. If you delete that record from the table then you cannot see the cases under user worklist. But, Deleting the entries from Assign-WorkList table is not good practice. Later, you will see the side effects of it. Instead of deleting, It's better to assign those cases to work basket. Posted: 1 year agovinodkumarv1966 Infosys replied to PrajendraHere one operator created one work object and just he has to delete that if he doesn't want to continue. where this primary operator case details will store. how can proceed can you give 2 steps for this Posted: 1 year agoPrajendra PEGA replied to vinodkumarv1966As I said earlier, Case details will be stored in the table which is associated with the case type rule. And, assignment details will be stored in Assign-WorkList table. You can write activity by using Obj-Delete method on those two classes to delete the complete case details. Let us know if this works.!! Posted: 1 year agovinodkumarv1966 Infosys replied to ashokk09where can i refer to this activity, on click activity or any method is there?
