Deleting Rows not reducing occupied BLOB size

Hi All,

One of our work table is growing in size (occupying around 250 GB space - Table size - 30 GB, BLOB Size 220 GB).
There were around 20 million entries in the table so we planned to delete older entries.
We deleted almost 50% of rows and brought the count to 10 million entries. As expected the table size reduced and came down, but the BLOB size remained the same.
We even had our DBA do reorg of the table but it was not of much use.

Environment Details
Pega Version - 7.2.2
DB - Oracle 12c

Would appreciate your suggestions on how to reduce the BLOB size.
