Diagnostic Logs not created
We are currently using Openspan version 188.8.131.52.
In one of the solutions we are using the Diagnostic log to output messages from the automations. The mode property is ON in the diagnostic log object
In the solution, from tools ->options->studio diagnostics and runtime diagnostics: All the publishers have been turned on
Also, tried manually updating the publisher mode in the RuntimeConfig.xml to ON, to check if that forces the logging to happen. But when the solution is executed, the runtimeconfig.xml gets updated automatically to OFF
We have not changed the file names in the RuntimeConfig.xml
When the solution executes, the log files are not getting created and we are not able to see any of the log messages.
Please let us know if there is any other step that we have to do for creating the log file

You really only need the FilePublisher enabled. It sounds to me like you don't know where to look for the log files. By default, they are located in %AppData%\OpenSpan. The file name will be RuntimeLog.txt. Would you please confirm that you are looking here for the log? If you are and it is not getting created, please post your RuntimeConfig.xml from this directory. Lastly, please confirm that you have not altered any other config files to potentially move the log files to another location.
