difference between an assignment and work object
What is the difference between an assignment and a work object? Can we relate both as same

Hi Sam,
Work object is an instance of the Case type. Work objects are also known as Cases. So you might be already aware of what is a Case type. A Case type would have multiple stages depicting actual stages in the real world. Each stage can have multiple processes. And each process would contain various steps. Those steps could be automations or assignments where some user input would be needed. So typically work objects would contain multiple assignments.
