CPM (Customer Process Manager) is the old name of CS (Customer Service). CPM framework versions are containing v7.1.3 , v7.1 R2 and other early versions. CS framework have versions of v7.1.4 , v7.21 and v7.22. The latest version CS v7.22 belongs to a product suite (called Customer Relationship Management) which includes Pega CS and Pega Sales Automation frameworks.
CSFS (Customer Service for Financial Services) is built on top of FSIF (Financial Serveices Industry Foundation) and CS (Customer Service). The latest CSFS v7.22.1 version is also included in a product suite (called Customer Relationship Management for Financial Services - CRMFS) which includes Pega CSFS and Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services.
Pega 7.3 is the latest platform version (just released recently).
CS 7.22 and CSFS 7.22 were released before Pega 7.3.
Since you have upgraded Pega 7.17 to Pega 7.3 and also upgraded frameworks, I would say that it will probably work. If there are some issues you encounter, you can raise support requests. Pega GCS will help you.
