Differentiating between running in Runtime vs. Studio

Is there a way to determine if the code currently being executed is running Robotics Studio without creating a new configuration? I want to load different files when running locally and deployed. I already have configs for dev, testing, and production. I'd like to avoid adding a dev-local and dev-deployed config.

In Visual Studio, I'd accomplish this by checking the Debugger.IsAttached property to see if the .NET debugger is running.
