Disabling Next Best Action Adviser in Customer Service for Healthcare

Hello.

So I scanned the CSHC 7.21 Implementation Guide in order to get some information on how to set the Next Best Action Adviser.

The thing is: on the project I'm currently working for, we don't need/don't want to use NBAA.

And we don't want to spend time configuring it. But when it's not configured it's generating errors in the log.

So in the documentation it is explaing how to configure NBAA in Local and in Remote modes.

But it doens't say anything about disabling NBAA.

Is that possible?

How to do that?
