Display the resolved case

Dear All,

We have a requirement from one of the clients, the user can search the resolved cases - Completed and display the request and form details,

the search is done, but we have an issue. if the case is resolved it still display the assignments but the start button is not appearing. if we make it visible always it display an error if the case is resolved,

Any help to display the form for resolved cases?
