Older PDN article also covers this - https://pdn.pega.com/how-send-email-short-message-service-message-phonetext. Also, you can incorporate an SMS provider like Twilio and Tropo - some Pega FWs come with Twilio ruleset and examples. For example, see https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-customer-service-insurance-721-installation-guide which includes two Twilio rulesets. Pega 7.3 has extensive functionality for this. https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v73/procomhelpmain.htm#fieldleveltopics/mcp/mcp-adding-new-sms-channel-connection-tab-ovl.htm https://pdn.pega.com/configuring-sms-chatbot Posted: 3 years ago Posted: 24 Jul 2017 0:59 EDT × Close popover spandana alladi (spandanaa2193) Optum Optum IN View Profile Send Message spandanaa2193 Optum replied to PaulGentile_GCS Thank you Paul.
