Download PDF in Mobile App with Open URL in Window

I am downloading PDF from browser using Open URL in New Window, When I do same thing in mobile app it's giving blank screen.

 

As Open URL in new windows is not working for mobile app, please suggest approach.

 

i try with url window

Hi @samuelmarthins 

OpenURLInWindow is not supported in Pega mobile application. 

Instead suggested approach is to call Javascript function on click of button/link: pega.ui.HarnessActions.doAttachmentSingleClick

Pass the two params: 

  1. Inskey
  2. LinkedRefto

This solution works, But the file which is being downloaded is getting suffixed with the "_Case ID".

Example:If the file name: Sample.pdf  then when downloaded using this solution

filename: "Sample_Pega-FW-Work W-1.pdf".

Query: Can we avoid this "Suffix"? so that the filename remains the same what has been attached.
