Downloaded VM unable to launch in VM Player for Pega Customer Service

Hi,

I downloaded the VM provided in Pega Customer Service Foundation course and successfully import into VM player but I'm unable to turn on the VM.

Error message prompted as below:

"Error while powering on: Internal Error."

Possible to advise how can i make the VM work?
