Whats the read only condition mentioned for the section?

no readonly condition is there.In presentation,"edit options is auto".when I am renaming section it is working...Is it a pega issue that in same harness a same section rule cannot be editable as well as readonly?Is there any other way that the issue can get resolved?
Did you keep the read-only condition as "Always" for the review section include?
