Email account issue with TLSv1.2 protocol
Hi,
We are using Pega 7.1.5 version for our application development. Our messaging team enforced TLSv1.2 protocol now and so we are not able to send mails.
It's throwing "** Caught javax.mail.MessagingException, Can't send command to SMTP host" error. Could some one please help me out of this? Please let me know if you need some more info on this.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Can you try the suggestion mentioned in below link.
https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/caught-javaxmailmessagingexception-cant-send-command-smtp
https://pdn.pega.com/troubleshooting-email-listener-does-not-start-ssltls-certificate-missing
I guess the DSS setting mentioned should fix the issue. But in case it doesn't just check the below link for known issues

Thank You
