Email Account Not working

Dear support,

I just created a Email Account rule with the following configuration but I keep getting fail when I test the connectivity.

  • I already checked if the gmail account is allowing less secure apps.
  • Created the DSS Email/DisableSecuritySTARTTLS in the Pega-IntSvcs and set it to true.
  • Checked if the Firewall/Ports are blocking something.

Please, help me to understand what else could be wrong. Thanks and regards!
