Email Channel Listener
I am trying to set up an email channel. I have a working Email account set up in Pega. I create the email channel but when I click verify the email account it says I have no active listener.
I can create a listener manually but shouldn't the channel wizard do this for me. If I do it manually then how do I configure the listener to use the virtual assistant? I want to be able to use the routing and triage features.
This is in version 7.4 of Pega.

I am having the same issue. The only difference is that the email channel definition worked until I restarted the server, since then I am getting the same error.
I think I found the cause of my error at least. I named the email account rule with the actual email at first. The special characters might be the issue. When I recreated the rule and named it only using letters, it worked. Hope this helps!
