I am following the online course : Pega Customer Service Essentials (8.x) .
In module 3 I need to open the Email Client Information to test a common phrase I added. However, when clicking the link (http://env-1819786234.pegaenablement.com:8100/) I receive the following error "Site is not available. It takes to long for env-1819786234.pegaenablement.com to respond" (freely translated from Dutch).
I'm sorry to hear that. To see if this behavior is consistent, can you please try again on a fresh system? While to you, please try with two different browsers. e.g. Google Chrome, and the browser that comes with your Operating System. To check if it is a network issue, it would be nice if you can test if from two different networks. Like from work and from home.
