Email Configuration issue
Dear Team,
I am trying to create the Email Channel in PRPC for which I need to send an email so that Case will create based on Pega AI capabilities.
I configured the email account through Email wizard for my application, when I tried to test the connectivity, I am able to get the good response for sender but unable to get the good response for the receiver. I got failed messages. Please find the below message.
Status: Fail Configuration
Message : MessagingException caught to email server: javax.mail.MessagingExceptoion: connect failed.
Steps performed
Establish Session for email server - Success
Obtain store object - Success
Connect to email server - Fail
Disconnect - Not attempted.
Could you please suggest me for any clue.
