We have configured Email channel service into our application to create cases when we receive Emails. We came across an issue only in Out look mobile app we are not able to see the email body which send from Pega. When we open email, which was sent from pega we can see an empty email body and bottom of the email option to select "Read more". Once we click on that we can see the email content. But in all the other mobile apps we can see the email content. Any idea of this behavior.
