Email Conversation unable to proceed as pyworkparty(fromparty) is missing
I come accross one issue with Email Conversations. I sent an email to User with NotifyAssignee option in assignment shape. so i am getting email but in the Data-Corr-Email instances, the pega is not adding pyFromParty value and this is causing issue when user replying to that email. In the ProcessInboundEmail activity, pega is trying get the value of pyFromParty from initial email so that it can forward the email to that operator and attach to case. So in ProcessInboundEmail activity at step26, it is passing the value to CorrCreateAndSend activity and in CorrCreateAndSend activity at step2, pega is trying get the workparty from this value. so it is missing and giving the issue.
did you come across this issue? Am using pega7.2

I see step 10 of the NotifyAssignee activity calls CorrCreate. In CorrCreate step 18, pyFromParty is set to the value of Param.FromParty. The NotifyAssignee activity is available. Can you save it in your ruleset and pass the desired FromParty value when calling CorrCreate at step 10?
In step 10 of processinboundemail, on originalmail page we will have fromparty page created. I have copied the same data onto pyworkpage_old.
Now i see new issue like once i send email from Pega after 5 mins, i don't see data-corr-email instances in the system.Lets say after 30 mins or an hour when the customer responds back to the email sent, step 7 of processinboundemail is executed and there ends the activity.
I'm not sure the support community is the best place to troubleshoot this issue due to the kind of data likely necessary to take this further. I suggest you open an SR so that GCS can look into it. If you do that, update this thread with the SR number.
