IN View ProfileSainath_Chowdari PEGA replied to Thamizharasi KHi, I have tested the scenario you mentioned and I could send the email successfully. If you think you have an issue, please check 1. The logs for any error messages 2. Open the Work Object corr attachment and check if there is any error in the top header part. 3. In the Correspondence rule, there's a drop down at the bottom left. Make sure it is "Send" instead of "Attach and Hold". In bottom left drop down it is "Send" only. There is no Error Message in the log. As you said I have opened the Work object Corr Attachment Error in the top header part is "(Not yet Sent)" Send Corr Agent is up. If this is currently happening in a Dev or Test system you might want to try 1. Stop the SendCorr agent 2. Fire up the action which should send the email (short duration SLA for testing) 3. Verify that a row has been added to PR_SYS_QUEUES for the outgoing email. 4. Using the instructions in the link below, trace the start of the SendCorr agent https://pdn.pega.com/troubleshooting-agents/troubleshooting-agents#trcgv51 Might be worth a try.
