My sender in email account is still in progress to be configured. The receiver is configured with IMAPS. I just need to test the email receiving part. However my email Listener using this account doesn't start up with error "Failed to establish sender connection: Couldnt connect to host, port"
For better understanding about the root cause of the issue could you please share the screen shot of the Email configuration you have provided along with the PegaRules log file once the test connectivity is performed.
The issue is my Email Listener is not starting.In My Email account the sender is still not configured, the receiver works. I just need to configure the Email Listener to test the Email receiving part. But since my sender in email is not configured yet my listener is failing to start (attaching logs). My question is : Will the listener not work if Sender is not configured in email account?

In the logs i can see "com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Unable to start email listener 'NABPrivateDirect'. Failed to establish email SENDER connection - Unable to test email client connectivity due to :Couldn't connect to host, port: mailhost.nz.thenational.com, 587; timeout 120000"
It seems like the sender is not configured, Please configure the sender and test once.
