Email Listener- Exception Latency DSS setting in Pega 8.1

Hello Team,

Sometimes email listener require restart to listen the email messages. We understood that whenever there is an error while processing the email, the listener stops and restarts automatically after a delayed time. As per the below PDN post, it says that there is a DSS where we can set the delay time. We searched for the DSS and could not find it in our current version (8.1.5).

Could you please let us know how can we set/ modify the delay time in 8.1.5?
