I have email listener to create a work object for each inbound email which is working fine. However I wasnt able to implement Forward Unprocessed messages.PFA for the configuration made by me in the email listener being used along with DSS setting suggested in a support article. This email has an attachment with .mail file extension. Please let me know how such attachments can be viewed or opened. Any suggestions are appreciated.
