Email Listener > Process DSN - Not Working
What is the actual purpose of Process DSN(check box) under Email Listener ?
Issue: Iam creating new workobject's using my 'Email Listener', and want to skip the creation when there is any 'Auto-Reply' email comes to the mail box. So, I unchecked the Process DSN checkbox, as it will restrict these DSN notifications, but it was not working and the auto-reply mail is also picked for case creation.
Can anyone let me know like how to restrict this 'Auto-Reply' email notification.,

By unchecking or checking the DSN will not automatically restrict the workobject creation by default. create data mapping rows for the DSN fields that the service activity will use to route the message, based on the subject, then service rule which is having activity should evaluate the request details i.e. subject or body etc.,. to process these messages differently.
