Email Listener vs Email Channel Interface
In what manners do email listener and email channel interface differ. Can anyone suggest when to use the email listener and when to use email channel interface.We have a requirement to create a case when there is an inbound email which I hope email listener does but would like to know which is the best option to implement this feature.
I see Pega Help which says email IVA needs license. How to confirm if email IVA is ready to use for my application or not.
