Email service sending responses continuously when service fails
Email service has several responses defined based on when conditions. If a when rule defined in the response tab could not be found (lets say the when rule is not available) service fails and sends response emails continuously stating "An error occurred while processing your email.
If referred when rules are available then this issue is not occurring. Just want to know if there is any way to limit the number of times its retried if this kind of thing happens.
