email "Survey/feedback" link to customer after CSR Wrap Up Interaction case
Hi we are using Customer Service framework. We have a requirement to send "Survey/feedback" link to customer in an email after CSR Wrap Up Interaction case. The feedback given by Customer by opening the link will be recorded in our application. Is there any possibility to do it using Pega OOTB feature?
This functionality can be achieved by using the OOTB case management DWA concepts by creating an external assignment. While sending a mail using the pxWorkLink control, please include the work object reference. Opening this assignment would open the external assignment. We currently dont have this kind of functionality in OOTB survey.
