Emails from our application are not being received from a specific email address
I would like to know if it is possible to block email from Pega System in order for the email not to receive any emails from the system. If so, how can we check if an email address is block from our system?

Question is not completely clear, from my understanding. If you want block receiving emails via email listener into pega application, go to your listener configuration open the email account configured there and change the email id. You need to update the Email account rule for listening/sending emails on correct email id.
