I'm referring to the entire portal itself. I mean modifying the header, navigation bar etc. For that Live UI is very much required. As of now we are doing an inspect and getting the RULE_KEY and then switching back to dev studion modifying and then moving back to App Studio. The rule that is called in Dev Studio or App Studio are pzStudioFooter and pzRuntimeToolsTopBar (final rules), you willl not be able to override them.
