Enable Notifications for End User
I was wondering if there is a way that we can configure audio notification for Pega Web Chat End Users once a Customer Service Representative (CSR) has joined a live chat session. Currently we are able to enable this setting for CSR's to receive notification of incoming chat via App Studio > Settings > Chats and Messaging > Audio Notifications.
