Entity extraction models
Hi Team,
We have a requirement to do entity extraction based on the veterinary clinical medicine notes entered by a doctor. But currently the entities are restricted to the predefined categories like Data, Date, Location, Organization, Person, and Product. Is there any way to create custom entity extraction models and upload into pega? What is the process to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Nizam,
Yes you can, if you have historical data you can use machine learning. Other methods are by using a RUTA script (often used for entity extraction) or using keywords.
