Are you trying to create the case type in Production? The case types and flows should be added in a lower environment and then migrated to Production. If this is not a production environment, then you may need to adjust your system setting as the error indicates the Production Level is set to 5.
Hi, No i am using the link provided in BAE 7.3 for doing exercises. I was not facing his error before. Not sure why this is coming up now though i am using the same link with the credentials given in the course.
You can save and run a flow (or a case) in Draft mode in systems for which the production level is set to a value less than 5. Rule resolution will find and process a flow rule when the flow is in Draft mode and Rule Availability is set to Yes. This allows you to test the flow (including rule resolution) even though some dependent rules do not yet exist. When flow Rule Availability is set to No/Draft, the flow rule is not included in rule resolution.
For flows that cause the errors, turn off Draft mode, save the flow rule, and redeploy the application in the production system.
