What happened: I clicked on Cases and New I typed in Hello World and clicked on Next after waiting around 5 minutes seeing the blue bubbles turning on my screen I closed the popup clicking x no case was seen under Cases I clicked again New, typed in Hello World and Next result is a error message telling me this case is already there (see first page of attachment) when I try to add a new case with a different name I get another error message (see second page of error message) closing browser and restarting new (means clicking on Open exercise system) doesn't help. what can I do? DE View Profile Send Message kurtm PEGA replied to kurtm this is solved now. when you login with user author.hrapps it will work fine. user explorer.hrapps seems not to be allowed to perform case creation. please update app or documentation.
