Error in downloading exercise system from Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (7.21) Self study course

Hi Team - Please find attached the error i got ( both in Chrome and IE) in viewing the Before you begin screen.I thought about downloading latest 7.2.1 version PVS for this course but because of this exception i am not getting the download link.Can you please help.

Hi,


I have tested it for me all works fine. Can you please try in a new incognito window? And first un-enroll to the course, and then enroll again.


Please send me screenshot of the first page as well (before you click on the 'Before you begin' lesson.

One more thing, if the suggestion from my previous post is not working, can you click through the other lessons like "Improving Customer Experience..." or "Inside Pega Decision Management" ... and check if you can access them?


Because if you can, and you just need the exercise system, then you can download it from any 7.21 modules! All these modules, including the certification course, share the same exercise system.

Did this work for you @SanB4461?  I'm receiving a download failure when I try to download the exercise module for Pega Certified Marketing Consultant. 


I am now about to try the other modules.
