AU View Profileokar1 PEGA replied to okar1Hi Saran, Kevin, Thank you for your advice. I was able to solve the issue. Here is the cause and the solution for the issue. [Cause/solution] Directory which files have only have read/write permission and did not have a Execute permission. There was no error to access to the directory and no error to read files but I guess pega/tomcat could not move files to sub directory because of permission for the directory. [Pega need to improve] There was no read or move related error in Pega log, so it was difficult to track what is wrong with File listener. If pega show read error or move error, then it would be much easier to find the cause. Moreover, should list what permission need to have for the directory on OS.
