But I have JAVA 8 installed as given in the screenshot. Java Version was correct, but there was an existing instance of PostGresSQL on the file folder on which I was trying to install the Personal Edition. I remove all existing instances of PostGresSQL, and ran the Installation again : it installed successfully.
