Error observed during campaign launch
Hi Team,
We observed below error in production during campaign run though the ProgramRun(PR-XX) is completed successfully.
Error : Database-LockFailure-LockLost
When we checked in queue management , found the attached queue info.
I could see the agent Pega-ProCom:ServiceLevelEvents is causing the issue. But could not correlate campaign run with Servicelevel agents.
Please suggest what could be wrong here?
Hi, did you see any errors in the Campaign with the id : P-8 (thats the one which we see in the SLA queue item) ? If not most likely the retry of the SLA worked. Please check if any future schedules are running fine if its a recurring campaign.
